A partnership of innovation and inspiration

Trusted long-time partnership
Our work with Elisa started in 2007 and has since grown into a long-time inspiring partnership. Through the years we’ve joined forces with Elisa on many fronts: agile transformation, service design, UX, full-stack development, growth, analytics, business development, data engineering and AI. At the end of the day, the most important fruit of our collaboration is the confidence and the seamless ways of working we’ve built together.
To learn together is to win
What’s essential to our fruitful cooperation is the agile methodology and growth mindset we’ve helped root at Elisa. Throughout our joint endeavours, one of the key factors enabling our work has been the mentality of really banding together and nurturing a culture of experimentation.
A leap forward was to create a Data Lake that contains all the essential data from Elisa’s previous, multiple data sources. The Lake makes data available and uniform, thus possible to utilize in building AI solutions that level up customer experience.
Be it B2C or B2C e-commerce, the bedrock of our work is actual, accessibly made user data and insight. Data-driven methods like personification, recommendations and retargeting help us craft better user experiences, and A/B-testing is key in validating our decisions.
Automated customer service
A remarkable result of thorough work with UX and optimization is Elisa’s customer service, which now runs almost automatically. As the customers can, for instance, solve many problems themselves remotely, they get help right away, while resources are freed from traditional customer service.
“We’ve done extensive co-operation with Fusion companies for many years. We have been very pleased with the outcomes of our partnership.”

We partnered with Hurtigruten, the Norwegian Coastal Express, to create a digital passenger experience for their new vessel, MS Roald Amundsen. Our mission was to create a sustainable tool that would give the passengers a peace of mind, while reducing the crew’s workload.
We partnered with Sanoma to make sure nothing would get in the way of the consumers’ effortless access to world-class content. Together, we set out to create audio app Supla and TV content app Ruutu.
