The program consists of five parts that are carried out in a human-centric and interactive way, bringing up real-life stories and people in the field. The program starts in September and runs until the end of November. The themes covered include:
I The inspiring story (September 14)
In this opening session we’ll embark on an engaging journey together. Get to know fellow participants, delve into the core success factors of a consulting company. We’ll help you craft your own inspiring story by exploring the fundamental questions of why, what, and how. Leave with valuable insights and a renewed sense of purpose as you reflect on the inspirational story you believe in. We’ll conclude the session with a memorable closing dinner, where camaraderie and enjoyment abound.
II Positioning & finding a scalable business model (September 26)
In this immersive half-day session we’ll dive deep into the world of positioning and scalable business model development. Explore the strategies and tactics to identify the right game to play and master the art of positioning. Discover the secrets of building a scalable business model, learning both the textbook approach and real-world insights. Take away valuable food for thought as we delve into the elements that can be used as tools to identify scalable elements in your future business.
III Building a thriving team (October 18)
The session is focused on building a thriving team. Gain insights into the art of assembling a great founding team and learn about the essential watch-outs for effective team building. Engage in thought-provoking discussions about the values and qualities you desire in your team, and discover strategies to foster a close-knit and high-trust work environment that ensures long-term success.
IV Ecosystem and partnership leverage (November 15)

In the final session of the program we’ll explore how to build growth throughout the various phases of a company’s lifecycle.
